RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We offer a simple, no hassle 30 Day Money Back Guarantee! All items must be unworn and in original condition.

UK RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days for a full refund.

To return an item please follow the steps below:

1) Re-pack the item unworn and in original box

2) Complete the returns section on your invoice and include in the parcel. If you don't have the invoice please include a
note with your name, order number and if you require a refund or exchange.

3) Return the package to the returns address provided on the invoice with the post office or courier of your choice.

Please note return postage costs will apply.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please follow the above steps. Please note return postage costs will apply and we recommend using a trackable service.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.

On your parcel please state ‘Return of Goods’ on the customs declaration form provided by the local post office or the
courier you choose as customs costs are not included.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the steps above and fill out your exchange size/colour etc. on the
returns section.

The fastest way to exchange is to buy the item again in the required size/colour and return the original for a refund.

We can exchange items of the same price. If you would like a different item at a higher price the cost of the difference
will apply.

Postage costs will apply to send the exchange and we shall send an invoice.

As our items are updated regularly, unfortunately we are unable to hold styles or sizes for you and can only exchange subject
to availablilty.



WHY ARE THE RETURNS NOT FREE POSTAGE?

In order to provide free postage we would need to increase the prices overall to cover the postage costs for only a few who
return. Instead we aim to provide excellent products at super low prices for everyone!


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

We aim to process refund within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item. If you have not received your refund please

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please contact us at contact@naomishu.com and we will do everything we can to
help and resolve the issue.
